John, I completely agree. The U.S. should not be funding ANY other country for ANY reason. Countries should work hard to be Independent FROM other countries while being kind "neighbors". Sad thing is that most "countries" are not countries anymore but are now more like money-hungry "corporations" that are doing what they can to hold onto the "assets". Rothchild's and Rockefellers are in everything world-wide.
